The Orleans Parish Municipal and Traffic Court is closed this week for emergency electrical repairs.
Officials announced on Sunday that the court, which is temporarily located on Perdido Street, had a power outage over the weekend. The court will be closed until Friday for repairs.
The announcement didn't say what people should do if they have a summons to appear in either court this week.
The temporary courthouse has been shut down two other times in the past year because of power outages.
