State health officials are confirming Louisiana's second case of measles this year.
The Louisiana Department of Health says both patients are in the New Orleans area, and their cases are travel-related. Officials say the patients are unvaccinated and aren't infectious, but haven't confirmed whether they're related or traveled together.
The state agency is continuing its efforts at contact tracing, and is coordinating its response to the disease with the federal government.
