A former New Orleans priest is accused of raping a child with disabilities numerous times.
Mark Ford, 65, was arrested this week for first-degree rape, second-degree kidnapping, sexual battery and indecent behavior with juveniles charges.
Ford is due in court this afternoon, where a determination will be made about his bond.
