Gov. Jeff Landry says National Guard troops will deploy to Louisiana in November.
This week, Landry said he expects troops to be deployed across the state. The governor says he wants troops deployed to cities like New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Alexandria, and Shreveport.
Exact dates and locations for deployment have not been made public.
