A second suspect is in custody and accused of being involved in the fatal shooting of a Southern University student.
Baton Rouge police arrested Quen'Braylon Dunn on Monday. Investigators say Zion Buck had been arrested earlier for same shooting.
Dunn and Buck are accused of killing Donovan Pugh earlier this month during a home invasion and attempted robbery on Scenic Highway.
Both suspects are charged with first-degree murder, home invasion, and armed robbery.
