Plans are already in the making for Jazz Fest 2027.
The 2026 edition wrapped up on Sunday with a huge crowd enjoying food and music under sunny skies.
Organizers say they expected about 400,000 people to attend, but the final count won't be announced for a few days.
Fans are already making suggestions about the 2027 music lineup. Organizers of the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival say about 90 percent of the performers are local musicians.
Applications for next year's Jazz Fest open on June 1st.
