Sentencing for the tow truck driver convicted of killing retired Saints player Will Smith is now set for April 19th.
Cardell Hayes was found guilty of manslaughter in December after a road rage incident.
Hayes could get 20 to 40 years in prison for the manslaughter charge, and up to 20 years for wounding Smith's wife Racquel.
