City officials will hold a public meeting tonight on traffic flow changes proposed for the French Quarter and the Central Business District.
Re-working the traffic flow is part of the Mayor's Public Safety Improvement Program, a nearly $40 million package of public safety and homeland security investments proposed by Mitch Landrieu.
Residents and business owners have been invited to discuss potential traffic flow changes and offer their feedback tonight.
The meeting will be held at the St. Jude Community Center at 400 N. Rampart Street beginning at 6 p.m.
This meeting is the fourth public input session the City will host prior to releasing the proposed changes to existing traffic patterns.
