The NOPD is investigating a murder early Wednesday morning in the Lower 9th Ward.
Shortly before 3:30 a.m., officers found a man shot to death on a sidewalk at the intersection of Marais and Andry Streets.
The Coroner will release the man's name upon the completion of an autopsy.
