It's looking more and more like former Municipal Court Judge Desiree Charbonnet will be running for mayor.
Charbonnet resigned her judicial post last month, and now has filed paperwork that will allow her to start raising campaign finances. This comes after Charbonnet initially said she would not run for the post.
Mayor Mitch Landrieu can't run again because of term limits.
