U.S. Representative Clay Higgins is not backing away from his published views on what to do with radical Islamic terrorists.
In an interview with KATC-TV, the Louisiana Republican said he stands by his Sunday post on his personal Facebook page in which he advocates hunting down and killing people identified as "actively functioning terrorists."
In reference to the Manchester attack in the United Kingdom, Higgins said that security officials there have a list of thousands of suspected terrorists they are monitoring so they should have at least rounded them up for some intense questioning.
Higgins also referenced former President Obama's policy over the years of ordering numerous unmanned drone strikes to kill suspected terrorists in several countries around the world.
