Louisiana State University is expected to make millions from a deal to grow medical weed on campus.
The LSU Board of Supervisors gave the go ahead yesterday to a deal between Nevada-based company GB Sciences Incorporated and the LSU Ag Center to grow the prescribed cannabis.
Local universities LSU and Southern University are the only institutions in the state allowed weed production facilities.
