Fire investigators are working to determine what caused a fire that left one man dead. Officials say the victim was bound to his wheelchair and burned in the fire.
It happened Monday night in Westwego. Witnesses believe the man's electric wheelchair may have sparked causing the flames but officials are still investigating.
The victim was identified as 60-year-old Gary Bruney, according to NOLA.com/The Times-Picayune.
