NOLA Council Members Riled By City's Flood Response

A number of city council members are upset by the city's response to floodwaters that followed heavy rains in New Orleans on Saturday.

A special public meeting called by Council President Jason Williams will be held tomorrow.  About eight inches of rain in a short time left streets, businesses and homes flooded.

The head of the Sewage and Water Board contends pumping stations were all working properly, but just couldn't keep up with the rainfall rate.
