There are new developments and more information coming forth after the intense flooding that hit New Orleans recently.
Channel 4 reports that Mayor Mitch Landrieu was never informed about the failure of four turbines this past March used to power the city's pumping system.
Pump and turbine failures are blamed for the flash flooding that occurred August 5th. More than $30 million has already been spent to address the problem.
