Police are investigating numerous separate shootings, at least one of them deadly, that occurred in New Orleans over the weekend.
The NOPD says officers responded to a shots-fired call on Old Roman Street yesterday morning and found a 39-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds lying face down in the grass.
Police were called out to three other shooting scenes last night where a total of four victims were wounded by gunfire.
