A New Orleans-based rapper wanted in a north Louisiana rape case is jailed after surrendering to authorities yesterday afternoon.
Shreveport police say Michael Tyler, who goes by the stage-name Mystikal, was booked into the Caddo Parish Correctional Center. He was being sought after DNA evidence allegedly linked him and a Texas man to a sexual assault that happened last October in downtown Shreveport.
The other suspect was arrested Friday.
