Pace Of Gas Price Hikes Expected To Increase

New Study Documents Consumer Behavior When Gas Prices Fall

New Orleans gas prices are continuing to slowly inch higher.

That inching could pick up speed because of what was once Hurricane Harvey and the impact it's having on oil and gas production.  But for now, AAA reports the average price of regular in the metro area had climbed to $2.12 a gallon as of last night, up only two cents from a week ago.

The predicted gas price increases could be felt nationwide.
