A Metairie man will learn his punishment four days before Christmas after pleading guilty to a federal charge of downloading child porn.
The U.S. Attorney's Office in New Orleans says 41-year-old Brian Lister could be locked up for 20 years. Lister entered his guilty plea Tuesday following his arrest more than two years ago
Investigators say they found one video and more than 1100 sexually explicit images of children downloaded to Lister's laptop computer.
