A Bogalusa cop is finding himself on the wrong side of the law.
Corrections Officer Louis Clark is accused of having criminal sexual conduct with an inmate at the city jail, all while he was on duty. He's been working at the lockup for about 15 years and was arrested Wednesday after a female inmate filed a complaint against him.
He had been on administrative since the first of the month while an internal investigation was conducted.
