Another repeal-and-replace attempt for Obamacare is crashing into yet another brick wall. Louisiana Senator Bill Cassidy crafted the latest legislation with fellow Senator Lindsey Graham.
Despite last-minute changes to the bill, a decision by senators Susan Collins, Rand Paul and John McCain to vote no has torpedoed possible passage of the bill.
Collins says the legislation would lead to higher premiums and reduced coverage for millions of Americans.
