Two narcotics officers in Louisiana are facing serious federal charges.  Both have been indicted on federal charges that allege they sold seized narcotics and tampered with witnesses.

Chad Scott, leader of a Drug Enforcement Agency task force, was arrested Sunday on ten counts, including falsification of government records, perjury and seeking and receiving illegal gratuity. Hammond police officer Rodney Gemar, a member of Scott's DEA team, faces charges that include conspiracy and stealing evidence.
