Somebody is targeting feral cats in Uptown and the Louisiana SPCA is offering a $1000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the shooter.
Surveillance video captured the image of a car yesterday morning and someone opening fire from the vehicle and killing a cat on Cadiz Street near Zeus' Place that cares for the feral cat colony in that area.
The suspect vehicle driven by a white male is described as a four-door silver Ford Corsair that has a rear window covered with a garbage bag.
