The Tangipahoa Parish daycare center where a baby was found dead yesterday isn't at fault.
Authorities say the eight-month-old boy's guardian didn't realize she'd left him in the backseat of her car all day until after she went to pick him up at ABC Academy in Natalbany. Authorities say the baby was left in the car for more than eight-hours in 90 degree weather.
So far, no charges have been filed.
