Another Sewage & Water Board member is calling it quits.
Alan Arnold announced his resignation yesterday, the third board member to do so since the August 5th flooding. He says he was left with no other option after Mayor Landrieu decided to name someone else chairman of the board's finance committee.
With Arnold's departure, there are now only seven people on the eleven-member board.
