JP Sheriff: Woman Told Boyfriend To Open Fire On Kids

Interim Jefferson Parish Sheriff Joseph Lopinto says a woman is charged with being a principal to attempted first-degree murder in a Terrytown shooting that left a four-year-old girl wounded.

He says Raven Roach of Gretna gave the order for Rodney Bridgewater to open fire October 16th when she saw some kids in an apartment complex parking lot she suspected of arguing with her son. The girl was hit by one of the stray bullets.

Bridgewater is charged with attempted first-degree murder.
