DeMarcus Cousins wouldn't let the Pelicans lose in his return to Sacramento.

Cousins went off for 41 points, 23 rebounds and six assists as New Orleans won Boogie's first game against the Kings 114-106 at the Golden 1 Center.

Sacramento traded the star big man to the Pelicans before the trade deadline last season.  New Orleans improved to 2-and-3 with the win.

The Kings got 14 points and five assists from rookie guard De'Aaron Fox off the bench.  That was the team-high.  Zach Randolph chipped in with 13 points and nine boards as Sacramento fell to 1-and-4.
