Some homes and businesses that haven't paid past due bills from the Sewage and Water Board of New Orleans are getting a bit of a reprieve.
The agency's director, Paul Rainwater, says certain delinquent accounts won't have their water shut off until at least March 1st.
NOLA.com/The Times-Picayune reports the decision comes after complaints of bills being miscalculated resulting in substantial increases.
