The Revenue Estimating Conference is out with new income projections for Louisiana.
The revisions unveiled yesterday predict that state revenue will be up another $153 million this fiscal year, and up by more than $230 million in the next fiscal year that begins July 1st.
Even so, state lawmakers and the governor remain tasked with erasing a nearly $1 billion short fall in revenue versus spending next year.
