Sewerage & Water Board Faces Federal Audit

A New Orleans agency is facing a federal audit over its use of funds following Hurricane Katrina.

The Department of Homeland Security will be looking into how the Sewerage and Water Board spent FEMA money in the wake of the storm, which revealed problems with the city's drainage systems.

The mayor's office issued a statement calling the audit "routine."
