An Orleans Parish deputy finds herself on the wrong side of the law after being arrested yesterday for having sex with jail inmates and smuggling drugs into the lockup.
Oshen Heilman was arrested at the Orleans Justice Center in New Orleans on her arrival to work.
She's been suspended and faces drug and sexual battery charges, the latter because inmates can't give legal consent to have sex.
