Police say a man panhandling in New Orleans on Christmas Day is facing charges of aggravated assault and resisting arrest.
James Kiesner is accused of firing a BB gun at a person who refused to give him money at the corner of South Carrollton and South Claiborne avenues.
The 23-year-old was booked into the Orleans Parish jail on Wednesday. Keisner is also accused of a probation violation.
