A Slidell man is facing 269 counts of wire fraud and money laundering after police say he posed online as a Nigerian prince.
Michael Neu, 67, is accused of running an email scam that cost people thousands of dollars.
Victims were told they were the beneficiary in a will and they were set to inherit millions of dollars, but first their personal financial information would have to be provided.
