The New York Times is out with its list of the top 52 places that people worldwide should visit this year - and ranked first is New Orleans.
The 300-year-old city is proclaimed to be "the ultimate melting pot" because of the diversity of people that links to its music, food, language and so on.
The list touts that New Orleans is back and vibrant as ever following its recovery from Hurricane Katrina.
