Jefferson Parish authorities say foul play is not suspected, but that they are still investigating the death of a man found in his submerged car at the Bonnabel Boat Launch.
They say 65-year-old Anteal Jackson Jr. was removed alive from the vehicle Saturday afternoon once it was pulled out of Lake Pontchartrain.
He was pronounced dead at the hospital not long afterwards.
