Four ATV riders are facing charges after showing off on their vehicles Saturday afternoon in New Orleans.
State police arrested the men who had allegedly been doing wheelies, blocking traffic, driving on the median and blowing through red lights on Tulane Avenue. The men are in their 30s and 40s.
Two of them are from New Orleans, and the other two from Great Falls, Montana.
