A man was found with an arrow wound to the chest in the Lower Ninth Ward Monday.
New Orleans Police initially responded to reports of a shooting at the intersection of N. Rocheblave and Flood. The male victim was first thought to be wounded by gunfire but investigators his injury was caused by arrow.
The most recent update from NOPD said the unnamed victim was in critical condition at an area hospital.
