Anthony Davis racked up 31 points, 14 rebounds and five blocks as the Pelicans beat the Hornets 119-115 in New Orleans.
Jrue Holiday had 25 points, nine assists and six boards for the Pelicans, who snapped a two-game skid and improved to 39-and-28 on the season. Rajon Rondo dished out 17 assists while adding 12 points, five steals and five rebounds in the victory.
Dwight Howard and Kemba Walker netted 22 points apiece for Charlotte, which has lost six-of-seven to fall to 29-and-39.
Frank Kaminsky chipped in with 21 points and Nicolas Batum scored 20 in defeat.
