A second day of testimony gets underway in New Orleans today in the trial of accused cop killer of Travis Boys.
He's charged with first-degree murder in the June 2015 shooting of Officer Daryle Holloway while being transported to jail.
Opening statements were delivered yesterday, both sides seemingly agreeing that Boys in fact shot and killed Holloway, but Boys' attorney alluding to an expected defense that his client is not guilty by reason of insanity.
