Damian Lillard poured in 20 of his 41 points in the final quarter as the Trail Blazers rallied to defeat the Pelicans 107-103 in New Orleans.
Jusuf Nurkic contributed 21 points, 10 boards and four blocks to the victory. Portland is 15-and-2 in its last 17 games and third in the West at 46-and-28.
Anthony Davis paced the Pelicans with 36 points, 14 rebounds and six blocks. Jrue Holiday had 21 points, 11 assists and 11 boards for New Orleans. The Pelicans have dropped two straight and are tied with the Spurs for fifth in the West at 43-and-32.
