A man state police suspect had a blood-alcohol level exceeding the legal limit is facing charges of vehicular homicide and vehicular injuring.
Troopers say 40-year-old Charles Carter Jr. of New Orleans was arrested yesterday.
He's accused of rear-ending an SUV with his Porsche late last month, pushing it into the median of I-10 in Ascension Parish where it flipped over, ejecting all five occupants.
Jefferson Andino of Metairie was killed.
