A bill headed to the Louisiana Senate would require all state agencies to develop anti-sexual harassment policies.
The legislation approved in committee Wednesday would also require state employees to undergo at least an hour of training each year.
However, Republican Senator Sharon Hewitt Slidell believes that there needs to be a uniform statewide policy on sexual harassment, as opposed to one developed by each agency.
