At least three people are dead in shootings that occurred within a 24-hour period ending late last night.
That's when New Orleans police were dispatched to the CubeSmart self-storage facility on Behrman Highway where they found a man dead in an area between two rows of storage units. He had been shot in the chest.
The other shooting deaths occurred early yesterday morning on South Roman and yesterday afternoon near South Claiborne and First Street.
