Anthony Davis and Jrue Holiday combined for 88 points as the Pelicans downed the Blazers 131-123 in New Orleans.
The sixth-seeded Pelicans completed the four-game sweep and are off to the next round.
Davis racked up 47 points and 11 boards while Holiday scored 41 as New Orleans closed things out on their home floor. Rajon Rondo added 16 assists, seven points and seven rebounds in the win.
C.J. McCollum keyed Portland with 38 points and Al-Farouq Aminu added 27 in defeat. Damian Lillard shot just 7-of-16 from the floor and had 19 points as Portland's season comes to an end.
