A former teacher at Edward Hynes Charter School in New Orleans is facing a charge of indecent behavior with a juvenile.
The allegation is that 34-year-old Matthew Nesser of Metairie repeatedly kissed an eighth-grade female student in his classroom. He's also accused of giving the child back rubs and buying her presents.
Nesser was arrested and jailed Tuesday.
