The Division B judge in St. John the Baptist Parish is under investigation following allegations that he sexually assaulted a 15-year-old female friend of his daughter in two states.
As of late Tuesday, 50-year-old Jeff Perilloux had not been charged or arrested by Louisiana State police detectives, though the allegations are set to be presented to a grand jury.
The New Orleans Advocate reports two of the assaults allegedly took place in Louisiana, while a third occurred last July during a family trip to Destin, Florida.
Perilloux's attorney says his client denies that any improper behavior took place.
