A 66-year-old man is dead after busting into another man's residence in Harvey without permission.
The incident took place at a Maple Avenue residence around six yesterday morning resulting in a fight between the homeowner and the armed intruder. While the two were fighting over the weapon, it went off, fatally wounding the intruder in the stomach.
At last word, the homeowner had not been charged.
