The Louisiana Board of Ethics is investigating three instructors at Northshore High School.

The board claims former band director Daniel Eitmann, assistant band director Adam Colbenson and color guard director Lynette Kenyon accepted money for services.

All three instructors also went on paid trips to Tennessee and Florida for performances.

State laws mandate public servants should not accept anything of economic value for services provided.

St. Tammany Parish School Board said Eitmann is no longer employed and Kenyon never was. Colberson is the only one who is a current employee.
