Three U.S. Marines and a Tulane student are awaiting the judge's decision on rape charges after the ruling is postponed until June 18th.

Antonio Landrum, Alexander Davenport, Jared Anderson and Matthew Farrell are all being charged with different degrees of rape.

Officials say the rapes took place on April 15th and surveillance videos from the bar where they met show the woman were highly intoxicated.  The victims say they willingly left with Landrum, but did not approve of the other three coming.

Once they were back at the apartment, the women claim non-consensual acts took place.  A debate is ongoing between both side's attorneys as to whether the encounter was consensual or not.
