The Kenner City Council still doesn't want Jefferson Parish President Mike Yenni venturing onto any of the parish's school campuses.
The panel voted Thursday night in favor of a resolution to extend a ban first put in place two years ago after it was learned that Yenni had allegedly engaged in improper texting with a 17-year-old boy.
So far, the school board has not opted to lift the ban imposed on Yenni.
